Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Hk Aether It Consultancy. Since we provide intangible, irrevocable digital services (Custom Software Development, IT Consultancy, and Managed Services), we do not issue refunds once the project has reached specific milestones or after the service has been delivered.
As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing or hiring any service at our site.
1. Consultancy & Service Cancellation
Initial Consultations: Fees paid for one-time consultancy sessions are non-refundable.
Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project after it has started, you will be billed for the hours already worked or the milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
2. Custom Software Development
For custom software projects, we follow a milestone-based payment structure:
Deposit/Advance: The initial deposit required to start a project is non-refundable as it covers the discovery and planning phase.
Completed Milestones: Once a milestone is approved by the client and payment is made, that amount is non-refundable.
3. Managed IT & Hosting Services
Monthly recurring services (such as IT support or cloud hosting) can be canceled at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We believe in 100% client satisfaction. While we have a strict no-refund policy for completed work, we may consider a partial refund in the following cases:
Non-delivery of the service due to technical issues from our side.
Major defects in the software that cannot be rectified by our technical team within a reasonable timeframe.
Note: In such cases, the refund amount will be decided solely at the discretion of Hk Aether It Consultancy management.
